Calf & Foot Injury Relief

Injuries to the calves, feet, and ankles—such as torn gastrocnemius muscles, plantar fasciitis, or torn tendons—can cause significant pain, limit mobility, and make walking, standing, or driving difficult. These injuries are common among delivery drivers and others on their feet for long hours. My approach combines myofascial therapy to release tight muscles, trigger point therapy to address painful areas, assisted stretching to restore flexibility, and kinesthetic taping to support muscles, reduce strain, and aid recovery. These techniques work together to reduce pain, enhance function, and improve mobility.
