The services I offer are therapeutic, authentic, and health focused. Every session is individualized to meet the client’s specific needs and goals related to pain and stress management.

30-Minute Focused Massage
$35
Other than the 90-minute massage, the 30-Minute focused massage is very popular and was inspired from my coworkers at UPS. It concentrates on muscles that sometimes get overlooked during the longer sessions: forearms and hands or calves and feet. Not just for UPSers, if you drive a ton or are athletic, this short appointment can help.
60-Minute Massage
$85
The modalities used within the 60 minutes will be directly related to the client's goals. The blend can be a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, passive and proprioceptive neuromuscular stretches. Great for ongoing maintenance.
90-Minute Massage
$135
As with the 60-Minute session, the 90-Minute session is a blend of various modalities to meet specific goals. This session is great for maintenance, post-injury, or a massage that is slower paced but meets all ongoing needs.
Chair Massage Events
Starts at $75/hour
A chair massage is a short 15-20 minute massage per person conducted at a business, school, or event of your choosing. A minimum of two hours is required and depending on size of event, the fee varies if additional therapists are needed. Price is specific to event.
Aromatherapy
Complimentary
Aromatherapy is a complimentary service for all treatment sessions. However, everyone's potential sensitivities, aversions, or preferences will be fully respected.
